Charles Lummis: Sequoya League - Campo Indian Relief - Basket Sales (undated),
Inventory tags, labels, receipts and lists of baskets sold. Tags previously attached to baskets have
the basket number, cost, and maker information either made by a Campo basket maker (name given) or made in
Mexico by an unknown artist. Smaller tags only give the basket number and price. Labels contain the basket
number and cost as well as the maker's name and age. The folder also contains numerous 'receipts' with
similar information imparted on the labels written on the backs of cards, envelopes, and pieces of scrap
paper. Also included are lists of baskets sold with cost and profit tabulations, circa 1904-1908.
From the Charles F. Lummis manuscript collection, Sequoya League series, Campo Indian Relief subseries.
